30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and hygiene seals intact.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- ✅ Original packaging and all tags attached
- ✅ Hygiene liner intact and unbroken (for intimate apparel)
- ✅ No signs of wear, perfume, or alteration
- ✅ Proof of purchase (order number) provided
⚠️ Non-Returnable Situations
We cannot accept returns for:
- ❌ Items with broken hygiene seals or removed tags
- ❌ Products damaged by the customer (tears, stains, misuse, or alteration)
- ❌ Custom or personalized items
- ❌ Items returned after 30 days
- ❌ “Final Sale” marked merchandise
🔄 Refund Process
- Contact us at support@smareeline.com for return authorization
- We’ll provide the return address and instructions
- Inspection within 3-5 business days of receipt
- Refunds processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping is paid by customer
🚚 Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery for:
- 🛠️ Manufacturer defects (we cover return shipping)
- 📦 Wrong items shipped
- 💥 Shipping damage (we assist with carrier claims)

Size exchanges available within 30 days for:
- Same style/color (subject to availability)
- Intact hygiene seals and tags
- Customer pays outbound and return shipping
🎁 Gift Returns
Gift recipients receive store credit for the item’s value. The original purchaser receives a refund to the original payment method.

- Use tracked/insured shipping – we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns
- Do not write “lingerie” or adult content on customs forms – use “clothing” or “apparel”
