30-Day Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To be accepted, items must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In their original condition
- Returned with all tags, packaging, and hygiene seals intact
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, please ensure:
- The item is in its original packaging
- All tags are still attached
- Hygiene liners (where applicable) are intact and not removed
- There are no signs of wear, perfume, or alteration
- You provide a valid order number or proof of purchase
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns for:
- Items with removed tags or broken hygiene seals
- Products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Products marked as “Final Sale”
Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
- Contact us at support@smareeline.com to request a return
- We will provide return instructions and the correct address
- After receiving your item, we will inspect it within 3–5 business days
- Approved refunds are issued within 7–10 business days to your original payment method
Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will assist you with:
- Manufacturer defects
- Items sent in error
- Shipping damage
In these cases, we will cover the return shipping where applicable.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size (subject to availability) within 30 days.
Conditions:
- Same product style and color
- Item must meet all return requirements
Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Gift Returns
If your item was a gift:
- You will receive store credit for the value of the item
- The original purchaser will be refunded to their original payment method
