Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2:00 PM local time or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Costs & Calculation
We do NOT offer free shipping. All shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Package Weight (in kilograms)
- Package Dimensions (size/volume)
- Destination (local or international zone)
- Shipping Method selected at checkout

- The shopping cart automatically calculates shipping based on the total weight of items in your order
- Each product has a specified weight in our system
- Shipping rates are displayed during checkout before payment
- Heavier packages incur higher shipping costs
International Shipping Considerations
- Customs & Duties:Â International customers are responsible for ALL customs duties, taxes, import fees, and handling charges imposed by their country. Smareeline has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.
- Shipping Restrictions:Â Some countries restrict certain products. We reserve the right to cancel orders to restricted destinations.
- Address Accuracy:Â You must provide complete and accurate international addresses. Incorrect addresses may result in delivery delays, return to sender, or additional fees that you are responsible for.
Order Tracking
- Tracking details are emailed within 24 hours after shipment
- Local orders: tracking updates usually within 24 hours
- International orders: tracking may take 2–3 business days to activate
- You can track your order anytime using the link in your shipping confirmation email
Delivery Responsibility
Failed Delivery
If delivery attempts fail:
- The courier will leave a notice or attempt re-delivery
- You are responsible for contacting the carrier to arrange pickup or re-delivery
- Unclaimed packages returned to us may incur return shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee
Lost or Stolen Packages
- If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your order, contact us immediately
- We will initiate a carrier investigation (typically 7–14 business days)
- Orders will only be reshipped after confirmation of loss by the carrier
- We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation
Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:

- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Courier delays
Please note: delays do not qualify for refunds or compensation.
Multiple Items & Split Shipping
- Shipping costs are based on the total weight of your order
- Items may ship separately depending on availability
- You may receive multiple tracking numbers for one order
Shipping Address Policy
- Orders are shipped only to the address provided at checkout
- Address changes after processing may incur additional fees
- We are unable to redirect packages once shipped
- PO Boxes are accepted for domestic orders (subject to limitations)
Shipping Rates (Weight-Based)
Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight:
- Base rate: $30 (first 1 kg)
- Additional weight: $10 per extra kg

- 1 kg = $30
- 5 kg = $70
- 10 kg = $120
Final shipping costs are always displayed at checkout.
Holiday & Peak Season
During busy periods (such as holidays), processing and delivery times may be longer.
